Lenny Rengifo holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and brings many years of experience specializing in pain management and sports acupuncture. Her clinical approach focuses on helping individuals recover from physical pain, restore mobility, and improve overall performance.

In addition to her work as an acupuncturist, Lenny is a holistic transformational coach dedicated to optimizing resilience, stability, and focus. She integrates breathing techniques, mental reprogramming, body alignment, and nutrition to support both physical and mental well-being.
